PS4, all updates current. How the hell in journeys run #4202, Atlantic terminal to Vanderbilt yard, is the train occupied by approximately 50 passengers? This is a "lay-up" (stable train for my Brit friends?), Here in New York, any train driver stupid enough to not clear train of passengers would be subject to disciplinary action!!! Wake up Dovetail, too many lame errors on the LIRR and NEC!
