Here's some screenshots to give you an idea of the differences between the maps. (In case you're wondering, I had to rotate Traksy to get it to the same orientation as the others.)

    OTT - Open Train Times

    Traksy

    SignalMaps

RailCam Railcam is behind a paywall, so can't compare representation of Waterloo, but this was on their website:

    Traksy the right way around:

(No maps with RTT - Real Time Trains.)

Every map has something the others don't.

OTT seems to indicate slips well; they are on SignalMaps, but not on Traksy.

Traksy is less clutterred and, based on what I've read elsewhere, perhaps more accurate in terms of the track layout, with some S&C numbers too.

SignalMaps has more horizontal compression and a black background (a good or bad thing depending on your PoV - I find it harder to read, especially with the green text). Also some weird layouts.

Signal Maps just seems to be certain areas whereas Traksy is most of the country where Power Signalling exists
