I have been meaning to suggest something very similar to this. Because the Man Picc to the airport section is already in TSW, have Liverpool to Wigan North Western, Manchester Victoria and Piccadilly making a route of about 50 total miles. I would want that route to be set in 2023 and include the Class 319 from Northern, and Class 802 from TPE, assuming a license with TPE could be made. I just want to see Liverpool in a different time period as SoS's timetable is way too quiet.
