I'll make a post with german rules. They are actually really easy! Way easier than Canadian or US rules I think. French is weird because they have like 5 ways of showing stop.

Absolute stop main tracks, absolute stop sidings and secondary tracks, permissible stop, stop and ride on sight, and I think there is one more.
Yes- I could do with French signalling- German is like here are two aspects- one for current and one for next. If you see a green flashing light or a green and yellow pair diagonally, acknowledge PZB and get to 85 (on Obere, which is my PZB base). This aspect means expect caution or something, which translates to a yellow aspect ahead. If you see two Yellows, that means that you should expect stop. Note that while PZB usually says 1000 HZ at first, you should act as if it says 500HZ. (2000 HZ is your worst enemy- a SPAD.) On real german lines, there are also blank signals, which means that you have LZB permission to go through a red. The idea is that LZB can control better than a human as LZB is magnets and computers. Both of your liveries are just amazing, and I seriously want to be able to make one of them.
