Finally, one side finished. On this one, actually doing it took far less time than finding photos detailed enough to get the technical markings from (and even there, I've had to borrow a bit from other models of Habbi(i)ns, modified acc. to the DB spec sheet for the 344). But copying everything to the other side, and "clean" version light weathering, should go quickly.
I Could not resist painting after reading "shanksnstuff" s thread. Thanks you. It s a win/win for both DLC´s.
Short question for everyone here: I play on PC and downloaded a bunch of repaints on TSC, and also Rail-Sim. Now all the liverys have the same issue: They are bugged. Letters are moved in. every direction, instead of some letters there are numbers and small boxes are appearing; has anyone got an idea why and what to do?
Do the reskins in question use the logo pack? And if so do you have it installed and working correctly? Can you post some images on here to show what they look like?
Hmmmm that doesn’t look as though it is related to the logo pack as it’s the text that’s corrupted and that is added from Livery Designer. Have you tried downloading and installing this reskin again to check it hasn’t corrupted. Is this the only reskin having the issue or are all your reskins like this?
apparently all of them have this problem- I also tried to edit one of them, because only the numbers were bugged- but also the things I deleted and sticked on again werde bugged What I have to say is: Some locos are more and some are less bugged; e.g. this one is way more bugged than the Europe ICE 3 livery; but all of them have issues
Reskin of the class 313 to be in Merseyrail tiger stripe colours, just a pity the headlights couldn't be edited otherwise it would look like a proper 507/508.
Are you on PC/Steam? If so, you might want to verify your game file to see if it has become corrupted. This isn't a normal bug (i.e. it seems to be just your game, not everyone's).
After first trying out the livery designer, I'm surprised how easy it is to use. Just a few minutes of klicking around, and I already have something aproximating the mix-and-match of late 80s/early 90s DB IC sets, with classic TEE colors and new Produktfarben livery haphazardly thrown together.
So I tryed to verify my game, and it didn’t resolve the problem. I also deleted the repaints and downloaded them again, but that also didn’t work. Has anyone got any other ideas?
Well, when you launch LM, the first dialog box tells you what version you have (and asks if you want to upgrade). Or you can look at the .exe file's name.
That's confusing. As far as I know, the current version is 0.3.2, with 0.5.0 available as a public beta. Are you sure this is RagingLightning's Livery Manager utility we're talking about?
yeah, indeed! I downloaded it again, but it still isn’t working… I play on Epic, that is no problem? Because I have no clue what could be wrong now?
Hmmm. I have no idea about Epic compatibility. I play on Steam. Maybe you should PM Raging Lightning and ask him?
Been working on this for the last few days and it's pretty much finished now. I have another heritage unit in progress which i'll hopefully finish over the next few days too.
Finished the second heritage unit just now..... Another NS unit this time #1073...... Thought i had to do this one as i was born in '73. Just grabbing some in-game images then they'll both be up on TSC.
Another fictional livery I made. It is inspired by the Great Northern livery and the German flag; Houston buses.
Last one for now I promise!!!!! The third of my NS heritage units and what I think is probably my favourite colour scheme. I think it's just about finished and ready to upload.
Light weathering "should go quickly." Yeah, right. The thing about weathering is that it's like eating potato chips [crisps]- it's always "just one more...." Especicially with unlimited layers and the temptation to 'airbrush' things with stacks of transparencies. Anyway, finally, here it is. A lot of sweat for what's "only" a freight car:
First draft at some variety for the Sherman Hill autorack trains...... Still some more detail and weathering to add to them but it already makes the train look a lot more true to life IMO.
Are the Sherman Hill autoracks a new model, different from the Sand Patch ones? I notice yours have the flat logo panels on the sides.
Great Northern class 387. Apologies for the low resolution of some of the layers, for some reason the train decided to blur some things. Also if I uploaded this livery to Creators club in is present form would it be allowed?
My Own SD-70ACe on Sand Patch Grade. hhihihi \ 100% amator livery. Remember, I am not a professional. This is not a perfect copy, more like my own interpretation. It was never meant to be like the original. I still miss many useful shapes, fonts, signs in the livery editor. I don't want to use the modifications. I admire those who are patiently carving these wonderful pearls, which shots here are proudly presented by you. Greetings, people @edit: Rework
A few new custom liveries (PS4) 1) Wascosa, Pannonia Ethanol Zacns 2) DB Cargo Roos-t 3) DHL Habbiins
I like these liveries, a very unique design, I must say. Good way to apply the German Flag as well. Although - just my personal opinion - I feel like it could look better without the bruh moment filler-logo-thingy, as It does feel distracting tbh. However I'll be keeping an eye out for this one in creators club!
