With the inclusion of TPE and CC services between York and Newcastle and potentially the addition of Grand central services using Class 180s between York and Sunderland and potentially Some Northern class 156s and 158s between Hartlepool and Newcastle.
You need to include more detail in your suggestions, while everything you've suggested would fit this route, it would likely be only LNER stock included, and maybe, if a license were made, a TPE 802 could come with. And maybe a TPE 185 could be made as an add-on CrossCountry services would be as a layer likely, and a Northern 158 is already in the works. The Grand Central services would likely be made as an add-on if a license was made. There is also the case of this route being suggested before, which it has. You're suggestion isn't bad but you need more detail and check if your route has been suggested before.
