Hi Dovetail Team and community, With the launch of Train Sim World 7 and its great focus on heavy freight hauling, there is one modern masterpiece missing on the European tracks: the Stadler Eurodual (specifically the Class 159 used in Germany/Austria). As a PS5 player, I would absolutely love to see this 6-axle hybrid beast in the game. Here is why it would be a perfect fit for TSW7: Unique Gameplay: The seamless switch between the 7 MW electric overhead catenary mode and the powerful diesel engine on non-electrified yard tracks would bring a completely new mechanic to European freight routes. Massive Power: With 500 kN of starting tractive effort, it would feel incredibly rewarding to haul heavy 3000+ ton cargo trains on steep inclines. Stunning Looks: The modern design and the dual-cab layout of the Stadler Euro series look amazing and would be a beautiful addition to the game's locomotive roster. Given that TSW7 just released, this would be the ultimate modern locomotive DLC for all the freight enthusiasts out there. What do you guys think? Thanks for considering this!
Also, the British Class 88 and 93 units. Of course, we need the Stadler Class 99 and Eurolight diesels too (BR Class 68).
