    ROUTE DESCRIPTION:

The Looe Valley Line is a short 9 mile long branch set in the picturesque and dense county of Cornwall. The route is famous for its picturesque scenery and line operations alongside the East Looe River.

The Line starts at the top of the hill at Liskeard, then it takes a curve downhill to the ghostly station of Coombe Junction Halt, where it picks up the token to continue on its journey down to Looe.

the route length itself may not be impressive, but this is the perfect route to make to a very high standard in terms of scenery.

    ROUTE FEATURES:

    Request Stop Feature:
This feature, due to how many request stops there are on this route has services sometimes calling at stations you wouldn’t normally serve due to the AI sticking their hand out, and these can be random, making the driving experience different.

    Token Exchange Feature:
At Coombe Junction Halt, the player must walk outside the train to a green box, which contains the line token, in order to progress further.

    ROLLING STOCK:

    BR CLASS 150/2 DMU
    IMG_3861.jpeg

The BR Class 150/2 is a DMU previously seen in Riviera Line, however the one on this route would have updated and fixed bugs, alongside improvements to sound

Also Included with this route will be the Unbranded Ex-FGW livery, featuring interior visuals and livery visuals.

Although I’ve been sceptical of the Thames Valley Branches idea, I would have no such qualms about a similar exercise for Cornwall. A pack offering Gunnislake, Looe, Newquay and Falmouth would be an instant Day One purchase, regardless of era.
