PC Lumber German Freight Wagon Wheel Is Not Placed Correctly On The Model, Causes Odd Movement

The german freight wagon that transports lumber has a very obvious issue with it's wheel alignment. When the wagon moves and the wheel rotates it moves up it "wobbles". It appears to be a mis-alignment in the 3d software when they were made.
