I would like to suggest a pair of new routes which both use the same basis but set in different eras.
Firstly, as a extension of GWE, the Marlow Donkey route from Maidenhead to Bourne End and the switchback to Marlow set during the same period as the GWE route and using class 165/166 Turbos with possibilities to use older stock.
Secondly, the same route, but set in 1969/70 when trains (first gen dmus) went beyond Bourne End to call at Wooburn Green and Loudwater, terminating at High Wycombe on the current Chiltern line. Screenshot_2020-05-28-11-47-31-1.png
