PS5 Manchester Airport Line Missing Class 323 Announcements

Recently all my class 323 announcements has disappeared from the Manchester airport line. Wonder anyone else facing the same issue. I have reported it with recordings from the route to DTG

 

It’s not just the 323 on mine.
I have no announcements on any train or platform.
Never heard one since I bought it last weekend. I’ve reported it too. I had a reply saying they’re looking into it.
I’ve heard a PC player say it too, so it’s not platform specific
