Steam Missing Compatible Content On Steam

For some reason, while it seems like I have most DLC in-game, on the Steam store it's showing me as having no DLCs owned at all.
Most odd.

Several DLC's missing after install, both routes and loco's. Still not showing after several Steam restarts.

Thanks, JD. I was wondering if it might have to do with bundles. Weird, though, that the Acela ported over fine, but not NYT, since they were part of the same bundle. I did notice that, at least as of last check, the NYT Steam page was erroneously showing the description of the Acela DLC.

 

I'm sure this happened with TSW3 on release. All routes are listed as bought on my TSW3 store page (see screenshot). With TSW 3 the missing DLC's took a couple of days to be resolved. No doubt that'll be the same with TSW4. I'll keep en eye on the missing DLC's to see if they pop up.

im still missing 8 dlcs restarts have not fixed it

 

And now Steam's servers appear to be offline; I was getting NO CONNECTION; attempting to log out and log back in I'm getting nothing at all.

 

Yeah I was as well, didn't know if it's just Steam maintenance or I borked something lol

 

I think - (205GB later) - I finally have everything I own (Steam) - I'll have a proper check in the morning - but I think its there - just trying to work out why the DLC count hasn't risen quite as far as I anticipated...

 

Well Steam is back online but my missing content is still MIA

 

Happy to say all my DLC's are back and downloading now but dam 200gb ahhh this is getting to COD zone lol anyway please do not drop this ball again next year with TSW5 and start to work with your partners better to get all on the same page so this issues do not happen again

 

Just got home. Was planning on the download tonight, but will happily wait until tomorrow.

Had to chuckle at the drama from some folks. ( And admire the patience of the CMs ).

This was such a huge undertaking, no-one should have expected it would be free of hiccups.

I'm sure it will all come out in the wash in the next day or two.

 

Steam does that at that time everyday, it's only a brief wait before it comes back online.

 

I only need the Hamilton Oakville route; all the other DLCs that I purchased with the previous versions are present

 

I am still waiting for the downloads to complete before I can check and see what is and was is not there.

 

It’s not allowing me to choose what I want to download as nothing appears in DLC, but it is currently updating with a 200gb plus update, which I assume are the compatible products. Would have preferred to do them individually as this download is going to take 24 hours on my slow broadband receiver. Hey ho at least we are getting somewhere at last.

Well decided to give it a shot tonight. Big download gave me 66 of 75 dlc from TSW3, but missing the rest including NYT. Will check again tomorrow morning.
Makes me a little nervous, but I'm confident it will work out.

 

Playing right now and it appears all my DLC carried over with nothing missing.

 

I am missing loads (mainly locomotive) but I can't use free roam as it crashes as soon as I place anything down.

its saying i have to buy NEC NY-Trenton when i clear have had this since day 1 of release (PC Stream) not paying almost 60 australian again

 

I'am missing LIRR, Peninsula and the Baby Bullet. And I didn't bought this DLC'S in a "historic bundle" like DTG JD said in the announcement yesterday. And also the BR Class 31 and the BR Class 20 are missing, but maybe I bought that loco in a bundle. I didn't know anymore. That's all the missing DLC for me I think.

 

I'm now downloading 172 GB after the 155GB update failed at 96% (4 hours later) due to not enough disk space, which i guess it couldn't be bothered to check before it started. My own fault i guess

Cleared some space and figured it would just need to download the remaining 4% but NO, it starts back over at the beginning- where did everything it had downloaded go? Who knows, but now, 12 hours later i'm at 2% installed.

I don't even feel like playing anymore. I spend more time downloading, adjusting settings, modding, blah blah blah than actually playing.

Well they say patience is a virtue. Tried downloading on the Hotel WiFi and 13 hours later it just completed. Looking at the DLC counts I had 78 in TSW3 and 85 in TSW4 so looks like I’ve got everything.

Just posting because it was suggested that DLC bundles could be the cause of missing DLC. Nearly all of my recent TSW purchases have been bundles. The SEH timetable enhancements bundle and the US Super bundle. So in my case, these have worked fine.

 

A interesting thing I noticed is most of the DLCs are missing were a part of a bundle, perhaps more interesting though I do have one bit of each bundle installed. I'm missing the Class 20 & 31 but I do have Tees Valley, I'm missing both NEC routes but have the Acela. and while I didn't realize it at first the 363 for Ruhr-Sieg Nord is in my Steam DLC manager, I just haven't seen it because the route and the DB BR 155 are missing. So clearly on some level Steam recognized the bundle purchases, they just ended up only giving out one DLC for each.

I will note there's one oddball for me, Oakville, that didn't carry over despite the fact I know that was a standalone SKU. And on the flipside I did grab the SEHS enhancement bundle, and all three locomotives from that bundle have transferred without issue. So I doubt whatever issue it is has anything to do with bundles specifically, I think certain SKU's, bundled or not, got overlooked.

 

The same as above, plus the Hagen-Siegen route and DB BR101 are missing. (Steam Version).

I don't remember if I bought them in bundle. It seems all of them are from TSW1 era and I bought them when I first started in TSW2.

 

I'll have to take a thorough look later. But Steam says I have 56DLC for TSW3, but only 38DLC for TSW4 :/ At a glance the New Isle of Wight is missing, as is Trenton and Glossop.

 

There are several routes and locos still missing from my TSW collection in Steam. None of them were in a bundle, either.

 

Hi, the BR 101 DLC is installed with Steam, but i cant play with the BR 101 and the IC when i start TSW 4. Its Not shown in the Loco Menu

 

How to get a proper DLC count on Steam?

 

I seem to now have everything shown as "owned" on Steam, except for:

• BR Class 20 'Chopper' Loco Add-On
• LIRR M3 EMU Add-On
• DB BR 204 Add-On

I do own these on TSW3 - any ideas why they are still missing from my entitlement and not showing up in-game in TSW4?

I think this ist because m'y Hauptstrecke Rhein Ruhr DLC is Missing in Steam!

 

Odd thing. The Class 52 add-on shows in my list of available loco's but the maroon liveried variant is not showing at all in West Somerset Railway. The BR blue variant is accessible to play on Great Western Express.

I'm missing the Class 20 and the Class 31. I got them in a TSW2 bundle, so the bundle theory is presumably accurate.

 

Oh common, I am missing a content worth about 1000 zlotys which is about 217 euros. That is not that much, but also not a small value.

This is very disappointing atm. Hope it will be fixed VERY soon!

 

It is all being fixed. Valve have to manually add it in. West coast is still asleep so don't expect an update until later in the afternoon or evening depending on where you live
