    Bet it's counting in the background, just not showing. Try driving a few more miles to take it over the total, see if it then unlocks Tier 2.

    Yes I'll do that tomorrow though currently doing a NY to Trenton Amtrak run to finish Tier One of the US (Sherman Hill scum saving took care of the scenario requirement).

    Update, after doing a quick Watford to Wembley run on PS5 (which was horrid with texture and shadow fluttering, hitching, sound dropouts and at one point the dreaded drainpipe effect) Tier One UK now showing complete and Tier Two unlocked but the objectives have reversed with the mileage finished but the cold timetable runs not!

    Hello Benjamin,

    Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear the game it not tracking your progress. To solve this, try the next steps.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts
    3. Select the account you want to remove (the one that's experiencing the gameplay issue), and then select Remove

    Now download your profile again to create a fresh version of your profile data:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide
    2. Select Profile & system, select Add or Switch, and then select Add New
    3. Type in the email address and password that you use to access your Microsoft account (the same account you just removed)

    Important: Make sure that you do not select Get a new account unless that's what you want to do. If you select Get a New Account, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account.

    After that, follow the prompt on screen until you reach the Home screen and try to run the game again.
