You can’t get it in cross country livery only virgin trains old livery
    It’s about £250

    Class 143 pacer
    In arriva trains wales livery
    About £124
    upload_2019-5-24_15-25-47.jpeg

Nice models — I do like to point out that for @ £120 - £250 you get one model in one livery :). Hence why I like TSW and TrainSim 2019 — much easier on the pocket book than real Model Railroading. Just an observation.

I don't think this point is made often enough. Not to mention the space and time a model railway takes to build.

Yes model railroading can be excessively expensive these days. I do both - model railroading and TSW. TSW is far less expensive than actual modelling. Typically a locomotive these days is $100+ upwards and the good stuff is average $250-500. And now with the ability to customize equipment in TSW and as has been mentioned above - you can build your own railways far cheaper in TSW. The only thing is, you can't just have and run all your own stuff all the time in TSW... yet !

    Is the 170 a 00 model?
If so would you have a link to where you saw it as these days that is very good value.

Apparently I did. Is that problematic?
There's lots of interesting older threads. No reason we can't still respond to them that I can see.
