The independent brake is stuck on %20, when I set it down to 0 it flashes from 0-3 and then shoots back up to 20 when I let go. This is really annoying. Also the trains don't start very well. I have waited upwards of 5 minutes with the engine on, throttle, reverser set, no brakes for a train to move.
