This isnt a very common thing yet in TSW, but you might come across situations in timetable, and often in Free Roam, where you need to do a multiloco setup... in German locos/trains you have the ZDS BR120/ZWS/ZMS thing, in US you have to set up each unit depending on its position... Quote from the linked thread for German locos: "Selector switches ZMS / ZDS / ZWS Settings for multiple traction or operation with a control car. The setting must be made on all locos. • Setting 0 Mandatory for single traction • ZDS BR 120 Time-divisional double-traction control For multiple traction with two locomotives of the same type or with the BR 120 • ZMS = time-division multiple traction control For multiple traction with up to 4Loks. • ZWS = time-division Wendezugsteuerung When operated with a control car." So I am setting up this thread for your suggestion as to how to incorporate some kind of in-game help with setting a train with more than one loco... like what and how to set things up, and how to check if stuff works properly (like if the second loco actually does stuff as it should) And if you cannot come up with anything, feel free to post here your way of how to do such a setup - for German/Austrian stuff, UK stuff and US stuff I know this isnt the kind of stuff you come across often in TSW, but still it would help to have a thread that can be of reference... I put it in suggestions but feel free to move it to Guides if the comments steer it that way Cheers
some additional testing I do these days on the functionality in sandwich formation of two BR101s: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/th...nts-and-driving-help.51751/page-2#post-828134
