Update 5: 1Z74 & 1Z77 WSR Steam Express Scenario Pack has an official release of: February 5th. The scenarios are done but we have to check for glitches test and some other bits and it'll be done!
Update 6: Ok blame me all you like here. I forgot to add the 2023 West Cornwall Scenario however I just added and it should be out sometime in February. Will report when release date is confirmed.
