My Secnorio Cant Load

That is because you do not have the rolling stock this scenario uses. You can try to play it by pressing F2, then Cancel (if it is not part the player's consist it may work)

 

You need to purchase some of these from Rail Studio

hello well thank you for that information but I tryed to dowload it from railstudio and nothing cahnged and btw i have a mod for railstudio

 

and by the way I installit and they came as zip files and the tool for modding said it could not do it

You have to Extract the Files and then install them
Use 7zip - it is free.
