Fishing Sim World My System Crashed After I Close The Game . My Pc Is Down ...taskmanager Had No Function......

the only thing i can do is to hold the powerbutton on my pc but this ist not ok . im from germany
my english is not so good . ,y hrerware is intel 7, nvidia geforce 1070ti and 16gb ram.
can you help me or fix this problem
