I have downloaded a new purchase and the activation key link is not shown, see screen shot. I have downloaded before and it should be on this screen, if I remember correctly, any assistance is appreciated.
Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the key to show up. But in the meantime I'd raise a ticket with the support team.
Yes, and all that does is go to the written instructions on what to do. There is no "activation key" link in there. It should be in the email I posted above.
Keep checking back. If it’s a first purchase it can take a while, even with repeat purchases it can take a good few minutes.
Well, its now been over 6 hours since I received the order confirmation and nothing so I am thinking will have to wait for however long it takes DTG to get to my work order. As far as time, I have been a TS and TSW user for years.
I had this happen to me once. Having bought a number of keys from DTG previously, for no logical reason one got pulled for extra checks and it took overnight (if I remember correctly) for it to be ok’d. If there’s not a sign of it by tomorrow lunchtime I’d definitely send a support ticket. Hope you get it soon though! ps Just to be certain (as you mentioned an email), you are checking the purchase in your account on the website? The key will be in there.
