   If I buy a new dlc for TSW 2 after I already own and play TSW 3, will the DLC I bought still carry over from TSW 2 to TSW 3?

   It's the same as buying say, TSW deluxe to get all the additional preserved routes like LIRR, GWR, PC, etc. when you already own TSW2
