I thought maybe this was a problem with Tril-Rail Florida, but it appears that medals for the Rail Journey for Bahnstrecke-Wurzburg are also not registering medals or top scores. I've had every route that I've done give me a platinum medal, but for whatever reason that's not being saved in menus, and is only showing as completed with no score which, given this happened on Florida as well, leads me to believe this is happening for the rail journeys on all the new routes. Hoping DTG can patch this without forcing us to redo all these journeys.
