HLB means Hessian State Railway and RMV means Rhein-Main Transport Association. Both are operators, but the RMV can only be found in the Rhine-Main area. The HLB, on the other hand, throughout Hesse.

Yeah, I'm native german so I can read it but in the end...their is no important information hidden in this, as we say in germany "päpstlicher als der Papst sein" so sometimes rules are their to be stretched. If this would hide some secrect information I would be the first one to support you in this case, but let them have the fun in two or three messages here.

 

I know, however I personally consider an announcement to contain an exact release date, that's why I differentiated "announced" and "confirmed". Don't know if this gets along with the common understanding of it, but that was just my thinking.

 

I would also like to add that the native english speaking people in this forum often use terms or slang, which is hard to understand by foreigners.

So everything evens out in the end by doing this a little.

How about hiring people from the US, who actually live here, to work remotely and provide a much more high quality, accurate representation of US rail operations since most of the time US stuff always gets a back seat when it comes to quantity, quality, accuracy, knowledge, etc. The availability of content for TSW has to have the US at the very bottom of the list.

 

I agree. You could be for sure a good fit for the US routes when you live there and can track them down (just like the german employees in Frankfurt). However, Lukas is only an employee from the german office (which I doubt to be very big) and the main (if not single) designer for the german routes. I guess he can't make such dicisions to hire game designer in the United States on his own. I actually wonder about his statement tough even for people who could potentially fit the pattern. I just looked it up on the DTG website and I can't find a way to even apply to the german office, just the headquarter in Chatham or working remotely from within the UK. And for these jobs, I can't see any requirements either. I probably would be knocked out by these within seconds.

 

That's if people apply. There are open job spots on the dtg website so if you want or you know someone, tell them to apply for the job.

 

If that video is nothing about new trains coming to the TSW4...and they are just real trains... then why the tittle of the video is:

It is still about railfanning so nothing to do with actual tsw content despite the name
