Steam No Amps On Class 47 When Set Up To Move

I'm on Preston-Crewe route, the 9:39 run 6E10 Garston Docks to Manfield Construction Sidings
For the life of me can't get the Class 47/3 to generate any amps.
I've done the same thing I've done hundreds of times on other Class 47s but no electricity goes to the traction motors.

Master on, train brake is off, independent brake is off, brakes set to goods, reverser forward, throttle up.
Engine is revving. Just drawing no amps.

The slow control is off.
AWS is isolated.
Nothing else is really on or should really matter either (like headlights, windshield wipers)

It's silly because normally the Class 47 is a super simple run anywhere else.

 

Is the fault light on? Perhaps use the overload reset button, page 87 in the manual.

 

The cab changeover lever is required to be on in all Just Trains original locos, even if you aren’t using AWS.

The newer class47 of Just trains are more advanced. The also have Dsd.
