The PC version has a lot more trains on the track. Does that mean that in the ps4 version always all signal lights are green? I can drive any train and always have all the lights in the green, through the whole mission. Never seen single yellow, or red light.

I've had reds, can't remember if it was scenario or service though.

I have certainly had yellows and reds, in scenario in New York.
One scenario was yellows the whole way

I can't remember, I did the first tutorial in the passenger train, then pressed "Next scenario" 2 or 3 times

Give service 1C33 a try. There are certainly some hiccups along the way in that one.
