I realise it's only just out, but since the Boston route and Season Ticket are now available to buy, I was under the impression that all of the previously released content would require updating alongside to make it all work. However, on Xbox 1S at least, it's only showing updates available for the main game plus SEHS, MSB, the Class 31, and the Class 20. Owning all DLC to date, shouldn't there be 39 updates total? Are they releasing piecemeal? Does the game function half-updated?
