i noticed that after installing Northern Trans Pennine I only have the one BR Green 47 in my loco list. I understood that the NTP 47 was a different thing so should have an additional loco in my list. Not sure

    Hi TinTin_57,

There are two Class 47s in Train Sim World, the BR Green Class 47 that is only playable in West Somerset Railway, and the BR Blue Class 47 that is only playable in Northern Trans-Pennine. Are you saying that you are seeing different?

    Best, Steve

    Hi Steve

When in WSR it uses the green one, in NTP it uses the blue. In the list where you can see all locos you have and their mileage I only see the green one (it’s also level 9)

If I complete an NTP service or scenario with the blue 47, at the award screen it shows my blue 47 as also being level 9 even though I’ve used it only twice.

Maybe I just misunderstood that in the blue I would start again at level 0

After a restart it’s gone the other way. In this list I can see the Br blue 47 but not the green. The BR Blue also says I’ve done 301 miles but that’s how far I’ve gone in the green on WSR in reality.

So I wondered if mileage was cumulative between the 2 and if the Green 47 was the last used, that’s the one that will show in this list (and vice versa)

I went back to WSR and can def use the green one so both are available

    Hi TinTin_57,

Thanks for getting back to me. The Class 47 mileage is combined - so it contributes to the global achievements which we felt was more appropriate given that these are similar locos.

I'll confirm how the profile information works with the Dev Team and come back to you - I would imagine it works as you've mentioned with the most recent used version taking precedence in the information.

    Best, Steve

Thanks Steve. That’s great, I’ll definitely get to my 470 miles in the 47 soon in that case.

Not played much yet today but already my favourite dlc, then again being a northerner and having worked previously in the Victoria station buildings for years I am a bit biased!
