Have you checked the GUID numbers of the JT and Steam routes if they are the same that could cause an OOM error?
Usually, if they are different, ie a copy with different GUIDs, they do not cause issues.
    JT MML GUID: \STEAM\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Content\Routes\fd2885e5-2744-4fdd-8a49-e60b027ac26d

So, for the fear of the risk of being rude to you and having you leave the forums (again)...

Nothing to do with AP products then?

    Hmmm.

Welcome back Mr Reef. Regarding AP products. Part of my concern at the time was the response I received from DTG email asking me to check for Unsupported Third Party Content. It was unclear to me at that point in time if it was necessary to remove all AP products before I could move further. In addition uninstalling some of the AP products is not so simple. My mind was put at rest when Steve stated that DTG was not concerned with AP products.

From my previous entry, after a fully clean machine I managed to complete the scenario 'The Stowaway' first time through. Second time I received a OOM error. I have since submitted my full log to DTG to analyze.

As mentioned above I have now managed to isolate some of my OOMs to duplication of JT DLCs. I must have purchased the Steam versions during sales and also purchased direct from JT.

    Respectfully

In a roundabout way this all adds to evidence that one of the causes ( and only one ) of OOM CTD's is duplicate GUIDs - oh alphabet soup but nevermind. Its like my finding that duplicate GUIDs in preloads also can cause a crash in a quickdrive. It sort of suggests that as part of any scenario run the GUIDs listed as needed / used / available for the route are checked or are somehow used to identify things and any issues like duplication or missing or stuff like that causes TSC to have a bit of a hissy fit.

What I am finding most interesting is after re-syncing local files via the Steam (Validate Local Files) how quickly these files get out of sync again. Where are all of these file changes occurring and what is causing them to be no longer valid? 2 nights ago I cleaned everything and rechecked. Everything was valid and then bam 24,000 files need updated!
