Just saw a nice option in TS 2017. Would like to see that in TSW too. Many times the game ends too soon after a 'too late mate' braking job; you cannot even back up a little.
That's one thing, and with TSW's dynamig 24h timetable people ignoring signals would mess up a whole lot of things.
Mr How do you know all? Are you the DTG guru? Its good to have an insider in our midst, shame people dislike everything you utter.
In IL2 Sturmovik i sent 2 Ai trains off on opposite directions in the Mission Editor. And when they met they slowed nicely down and had a head on head bull fight. Pushing each other, steam coming from each pore, loosing their wagons to boot. And a little zombie train-driver feller ran desperately off in to the fields, lied down, and poof disappeared. You can also make these trains each other's enemy, and they will shoot at each other while doing so. Too much destruction if you have oiltank wagons programmed in your trans. PS, above are two WW2 Russian steam trains, i put there with the programming mission building editor, and the scenery is from WW1, the French Arras map. And yes, IMO any PC sim like TSW or IL2 (above scenery or mission above was made for Flying Circus1), is just a game. Nice that some stuff is borrowed from reality, but any game is a game. Any train controlled by a mouse is game for cats. Above you can see what fun comes out of being able to edit any sim. DTG calls TSW proudly NoEditor in their folders. Well, i find that not really something be proud of, but at least a shame. I decided i spent enough dough on TSW 2020 stuff, since i am getting bored a little to be a tourist only and not being able to mess with at least the sceneries. Nice graphics however, but IL2 Sturmovik IMO is far more worth the money spent due to the quite good editor. Users are giving away their own missions for downloading, and even sell protected missions as 'campaigns' at quite a modest price through IL2 and Steam. Especially considdering the amount of work some put in to it. Ever saw a train taking off from a public market as here in the town of Arras? Well, here you go:
