I've borrowed my title from a cartoon that used to appear in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch "at the time when I lived there so successfully disguised to myself as a child" -- a phrase borrowed from James Agee. But let me get to my point: What's wrong with this picture? I'd forgotten about this oddity until I recently drove one of the sessions available in the "Diesel Legends" DLC. I'd driven it before and noticed the error, but hoped that it would have been caught and fixed for the new package: no such luck. Okay, here's what's wrong: in this and other sessions like it, the written instructions specify coupling to the "unloaded steel wagons". And here's the answer: A trivial error that actually does help me understand what some folks mean by "immersion" and its function in a simulator.
