Xbox Series X Pacer Variant Not Showing In Spawn List And Wcml Over Shap Class 101 Won't Move

I don't know why but the original 1985 variant of the Provincial Class 142 won't appear in my spawn list and despite getting it to work on the tutorial, the WCML over Shap Class 101 won't move at all. I've turned on the Control Circuit Key, got the Reverser on Forward, put my train into first gear, released the brakes but then when I turn up the throttle the engines stay idle.

PS I'm actually having this issue on Series S I just pressed Series X by accident

 

I think it might be the cab changeover lever under the secondman’s seat to get the 101 to work. Other JT locos require that even if you don’t activate the AWS.

I'll give it a try in a little bit it's just been so long since I did the tutorial on Northern TransPennine that I couldn't remember if that was done for you by default
