Hi I've bought this DLC today but I can't start the loco. The reverser doesn't stay in position when I move it. Messing with the reverser lock didn't help too. What can I do?
Hi me again - yes I infest this forum too …...after the discussion on the other forum I realise that I have got so used to driving advanced locos that whatever steam engine I'm driving I hold down the 'E' whilst adjusting the reverser W and S keys - that's what you've got to do - you'll soon get used to it..
Yes I realized that. The only reason that got me doing it wrong was the F4 HUD. In that mode the hud wasn't showing the true reverser percentage. I thought reverser was still neutral at 0%. When I started to use the F5 HUD the true reverser state was shown and the problem was automatically solved. I managed to move the train finally.
