PlayStation Peninsula Corridor Gp38-2 - Ditch Lights?

In the GP38-2 cab on the new route, I can't seem to find a switch for the ditch lights. Just had a look through the Peninsula Corridor manual, but it isn't in there either. Anyone know how to turn them on?

 

UP GP38-2 ditch lights don't have separate switch, last position of headlight Bright+Auxiliary turn them on.
