Perfect For The Spessart: Db Modus-wagen

These were a common sight and at the same time more or less unique to the Spessartbahn: The "Modus-Wagen", which were completely rebuilt carragies based on the frames of old coaches of the East German Reichsbahn.




I couldn't find a photo of the drver's cab unfortunately.

I'd really like to see Modus wagons with the BR 111 (which then could also be used with Dostos, not only on MSB, but also on SKA, RRO, HRR and maybe even other routes). That combination would add some fun variation to the Main-Spessart Bahn

 

Very cool, especially since MSB has never had a DTG-produced loco DLC.

 

Excellent idea and this needs a locomotive to come with Preferably a DB BR111 or simply combined with DB BR146.2. If done in the early 2000s DB BR141 can do the job
