So far I've detected this only on Stuttgart-Heilbronn: Driving in clear weather, when you go to Photo-Mode, either via menu or by pressing L + R, the weather falls into 50% fog and stays there until the end of the service. You can adjust the fog back to 0% before taking a picture, but it won't stay there. Unless you save game and open it later from the game save. Not funny!
