For quite some time now, the TS Steam Workshop has been plagued by a number of issues which make it both unfun and also risky to use. Could you please look at fixing those? Workshop contributions are still coming in strong every day and it's a shame that the system doesn't work right.

There are three key issues that I'm aware of:

The by far most serious issue is that quite often downloads get corrupted, resulting in garbled ScenarioProperties.xml files. This can make the subscribed scenarios unplayable and, as its worst outcome, cause TS to lock up entirely during startup when it builds the scenario database. The game will then remain impossible to start until the broken xml file has been physically removed from the HD (unsubscribing in Workshop does not suffice).

This serious issue has been reported numerous times in the past, including the tedious way of how to fix it and some tips of how one can attempt to prevent it from happening. But really, this is a serious issue that should get fixed at the core and if it's only for the sake of the many players who don't read the forums.

Another annoying issue is that the DLC filter does not work for many DLC. There are many entries in the route and loco pulldown menus which show (0) Workshop submissions and come up empty when selected as the only filter, even though users have uploaded scenarios for those DLC. But they can only be found when searching for the route with search terms like "Hamburg".

Quite a few Workshop submissions also seem to suffer the inverse fate and get assigned false DLC requirements.
