    Apologies if previously suggested/requested.

The current splash screen popping up with the Bakerloo Line at Paddington serves to remind me that although I enjoy playing this route, I rarely do so due to the disproportionate amount of AP you get for an all stations run, usually well over 20k. That elevates the route and stock as your permanent favourite in your personal profile, despite far more time and distance covered on just about every other route.

Ideally the whole AP system needs overhauling and standardising similar to TSC, but in the meantime I would suggest the AP scores for Bakerloo are reduced to around one third of what they are so that the disparity with other routes are equalised. Other intensive commuter routes do not throw anything like the AP at you that Bakerloo does.

unfortunately there’s probably not much that can be done with the scoring system, because there isn’t a solution that’d work on every route. there’s no ‘one size fits all’. if it was done on distance, high speed routes would be disproportionately better because you travel further, if it was done on punctuality, again high speed routes would benefit compared to commuter routes because there’s more chance of falling behind schedule when you stop often, and if it was done on speed discipline it would vary depending on what systems a train and/or route is equipped with to control speed

TSC manages by having a maximum of 1000 XP per run which is divided as necessary between the scoring elements. Of course TSC is slightly flawed in that you can lose large amounts of XP for even minor late running or speeding etc. and end up with a massive negative score. But the principle is better equalised. And don't forget some of the later "bus stop" routes have multiple station calls but without accruing an excessive amount of AP.
