Hi, this is my route suggestion.
I’m proposing a route along the Pontefract line from Knottingley (or even Wakefield Kirkgate) to Goole. The main ambition for this line would be to provide a variety of Freight based services along this corridor. On average this route sees around 20-40 Freights per day ranging from Biomass to Building materials and Aggregates. It also sees 2 return services from Northern a day also.

The main focus areas would be:
    - Knottingley TMD
    - Milford West Yard
    - Ferrybridge Power Station
    - Goole Glassworks
    - Drax Power Station
    - Sudforth Lane

Depending on the era, it could also feature:
    - Kellingley Colliery (Coal Yard)
    - Eggborough Power Station

This route set in the right time period would include 2 major yards, the Glassworks, 3 Major power stations, a Coal yard and a Train maintenance depot. This is a huge variety of Freight based options to play, run arounds, going through 3 Power Station carrousels and TMDs.

Going through to Goole, there would also be the passenger stations. Mainly:
    - Knottingley
    - Whitley Bridge
    - Hensall (where the ECML flies over providing AI capabilities)
    - Snaith
    - Rawcliffe
    - Goole

Rolling stock is an interesting one. Current day services and previous are run nearly exclusively by Class 66s. Previous operators include GBRF, Freightliner and EWS whereas current day is ran by DB Cargo and GBRF with the occasional Class 70 ran by Heavy Haul.
Multiple types of flat wagons and coal wagons were seen on this route also

For the Northern services, the soon to be released Class 158 would be the main layer. This has been known to run on this line in the past. It is also used for Training sessions, making multiple return legs between Knottingley and Goole for driver training. This could be used for a scenario

I believe with the variety of end locations and service available to all of the Power Stations, yards, collierys and stations it would be the perfect route for Freight lovers. We don’t have a full on Freight route yet and I believe this would be the perfect place to start for that

Set it in the early 90’s and we could finally get a Class 56 (and 60) in the game.
