looking for the ideal weather setting to reduce the look of console draw distance I usually end up with an autumn scenario with a bit of drizzle. However Ive found a good one this week. Also produces nice screenshots. Summer fog. Then bring the cloud level right down to zero.
Try the various rain/snow settings but turn the precipitation down to zero and reduce the cloud cover. They produce quite a nice hazy effect. I think this was autumn rain - without the rain and clouds. Summer rain is a little more hazy. (I think that's what I used for this shot) Experiment.
