Can I suggest/request that when the Preserved guys get through their huge list of upgrades, Could they take stock of the horns for the various trains we have in TSW?Give them more authentic fade outs, add reverb or in some cases just apply the correct sound. I'll start with a list of the offenders. Class 43 GWE- subdued blunt fade out. Class 166 GWE - Not the worst- Longer fade out maybe. Class 66 - Sounds like a keyboard, blunt on or off. No fade out German locos/Dostos - Sounds like a keyboard. No fade out, blunt on/off Class 101 DMU- Blunt sound no fade out. Class 09 WSR- Just needs the horn copied from the much better sounding NTP/TVL 08 surely? Class 37 TVL- Seems a bit high on treble, more base perhaps to make it sound less tinny.
