I have subscribed to workshop item
Great Western Trainspoting @ Dawlish Warren which was broadcast by MattPlaysTV on YouTube on 6th Feb 2019.
It lists the requirements for certain packs needed.
Train Simulator Marketplaces: GWR Toplight Coaches Pack 01, GWR Toplight Coaches Pack 02, GWR Churchward Panelled Toplights Pack 03 Add-On, GWR Churchward Panelled Toplights Pack 04 Add-On
Train Simulator Locos: GWR Saint Class & Travelling Post Office Loco, GWR Large Prairies Steam Loco Add-On
Train Simulator Routes: The Riviera Line In The Fifties

I have all the packs listed. I had to purchase some of them, which have been installed.
I get an error when trying to run the scenario which was downloaded by steam successfully. I am unsure why an error when it has been run by Matt of Dovetail on YouTube without error.

I did a scenario edit to check if the items are listed in inventory . . but could not find any. I am aware of the box on right that is required to select the builder but assume it would already be done for a pre build scenario and I don't know the names of the add-on to select in the box anyway.

I am unsure how to proceed to get this working.
    I would appreciate any suggestions.

Check on the workshop page that the "Buy Add-ons" button is greyed out. You can also bypass this error by pressing "edit" (this will get you in the scenario editor) and then pressing a large play button in the bottom right corner.

Thanks for your suggestion . . I checked the workshop the Buy button is greyed out.
I tried the second option you suggested but I just keep going around in circles getting the error again when I push the Play button.

    Any other thoughts ?

    UPDATE
After doing as you suggested I restarted and the error went away . . . Thanks for all your help
    EDIT 2 Spoke too soon
The error has gone away . . the Buy button is still blanked out
But when I start the Scenario it has no trains . It is supposed to run AI for 15 minutes but nothing happens.
I unsubscribed, did a files check in steam and then restarted TS2019 64 bit
It still did nothing for the whole 15 minutes, suspect I am not starting it right as in the workshop section there is a drive button but it never activates, so I started from drive and selected scenario and hit start . . it starts but nothing happens for the duration.

Some workshop items you need to go to the Standard tab from you find the route you are trying to play, you will be able to play it from there.

So when start it from there nothing happens, and you ensured you have all the required extras the creator used in the workshop item. Not sure what else could be the problem I would check the support page to see if there is anything there that could help. other than that you can always submit a trouble ticket.

I do not install any workshops as I know if you have too many the game crashes everytime so it made me have to install the whole game again and delete all workshops I had installed.
