Profile Problem After Completing A Carrier And Resetting The Profile

I noticed that when I play Train Simulator 2022 I don't get anymore xp or medal from completing the carrier it look more that my profile in the game is stucked or bugged at level 3 without getting xp or medal, I tryed to reset but it didn't worked.
I don't know what is the problem or where the error is but it's like I'm stuck.

Check if you have disabled Career Scoring in Settings/Gameplay
