I reckon the ps4 controller is way too sensitive and needs a sensitivity adjustment in the settings. It's lucky that you don't have to unravel the horrible tangles that would inevitably result. Also, since you don't get feedback from the load on the rod as you do in reality, it might be an idea to implement a load bar that would appear next to the rod when casting (and perhaps an audible tone that gets more high pitched the more bend the rod has). Then you could gauge when to release the line better. Oh and my avatar is complaining that she can't sit down during a fishing session...
use the other casting tech it shows you a gauge bar once you find your range its smack on every time using analouge to pull back is crap
Yes I did start out using the simplified method, but it doesn't feel like casting and isn't very flexible. Also on that setting the spod tends to rocket into the distance on a similar setting to the other rods, which is a bit irritating. Anyone else had any success with the full casting method on a controller?
