The drag on reels really needs looking at, I can be playing a fish that starts making harder lunges/runs etc, but when I change the drag setting it does nothing the fish just keeps pulling harder and harder, no line is given then ping fish lost Reels in question here are the Sonik Xtractor 5000s Some reels are worse than others for this, and playing fish with these reel mechanics is a nightmare. I have lost fish through no fault of my own but due to these bad mechanics.
