Purchased this game on steam Friday, and DLC all coming to $98. I tried to play through the tutorials a number of times and the game crashed on me and weird graphics kept coming up.... Sunday I decide to put in a request to Steam to refund me after finding out the last version was TSW2 however when the game crashed it seems to keep some program elements in memory so it said I play the game for 16 hours in 24 hours!! so steam refused to refund me the game let alone the DLC I purchased that I didnt use! Extremely poor and no buyer Support, no support from Customer support and steam biligerantly dont look into these issues! very poor

I would work with Dovetail support on the technical issues you were having, but any talk of refunds and Steam would need to go through Steam.
