Only reason I say this is down to the fact I do have to prioritise my time. Knowing where and on what is very very important.

This could help in important matters be noted and acknowledged as soon as humanly possible.

I’ve just sent you a little comment about how important this could be for others in the Team not just me.
Having that available so nothing of extreme importance is overlooked.

Basically if a Team Member is struggling and needs to speak but feel their not being heard can have negative impacts on a persons mind set.
I need this information fast to avoid anyone member feeling unheard if finding things hard in life or on the Project.
Unhappy members are less productive than happy members.

Would you agree to something like this?.

Hey, I’ve DM you yesterday,?, sorry just thinking.

We can have a chat a little about who we are and that. You are a Human not a slave so I’d like for us to know a little about who you are.
Sometimes it only takes a little push to make a person believe. As I am no fool so understand how the world of media can effect that confidence is one. Why I am never a fan of like or the thumbs up.

They can be used to manipulate a topic by the powers that be, everyone sees how many thumbs up and so they all jump on to.
It’s not about the person work or anything of that nature. People just want to be in the with the main ones in hope of gaining something for their self.

All this can have adverse effects on people’s long term mental health.
I feel all thumbs should be removed so users are not mislead or manipulated by likes or what’s trending.
We should have the freedom to pass or make comments with we do support something.
If not didn’t add. Why have thumbs there to manipulate people’s thoughts.

Sorry about that. But hey it’s one reason I don’t do YT videos because of how the algorithm works etc.
It’s based on likes not people’s opinions and free ones with no manipulation from a Thumb.

Remove the Thumbs give people freedom to comment if they like, if not and having nothing much good to say then move on.
A video increases on comments not thumbs.

We can’t engage with a user on just a like. Where has the art of conversation gone.

It’s gone to a Thumb. Ok. Is that it.

Why I speak to you because you’re a Human that has feelings and emotions.
A thumb will never be sufficient enough for a person to grow.

Talking or passing comments will.

A Waffle is better than a Thumb.
A Human is better than Ai or a system that is programmed.

Never remove the Human or society will have no emotions going forward. Because the only way we express is by ways of a Thumb.
A Thumb, Mankind reduced to expressing with a Thumb.

Hey I’ll speak more to you about the work you do. I’m not a mod man myself yet I’d love to be able to do mods.
Bad on computers tho and never tried.

You mention Jetwash too a name I’m not to familiar with yet have heard quite recently.
If it’s all about improving something to make it look so realistic the viewer couldn’t tell the difference.
I’m all for detail and accuracy. Why I don’t like to just settle with doing a standard BR Blue loco, I try push the envelope of what’s possible.

Everyday I push, even my mind will push ideas. My mind never stops, no off switch just a fuse that might blow time to time thats all
If I go outside then I see more think more yet frustration sets in because well I’m not PM.
What can I do that stop the madness of life that makes us Ill, tried and worn out.
The endless cycle of the grinds of everyday life.

How can we escape that, then that’s where you come in and what were the Team are doing.

It’s an escape from the reality of it all. A Book of fiction or Fantasy is so we can escape.
Why can we not do the same thing here.

Write a book of fiction or Fantasy for others to dream and escape the madness of real life.
In fiction we can control that world. So let’s do that.

What’s wrong with living in a dream world every now and then. The little boy inside of us that got beaten out to be a number in a system.

I simply see it as this. When in my darks there was no one that understood.
I felt alone. Why in this world no one care unless you have something to offer.
Meaning any friendship or relationship be in a partnership like what we are doing could be all false.

So was I alone because I had nothing to offer, or was it my conditions holding me back.
Conditions I never knew I had but knew I wasn’t right in the head. Yet was it me or others fallings to comprehend the various things I know.

Meaning I was on my own again.

What to do,,,,,slow down. It all goes back to that day of your rejection, my reflection and my acceptance of how my conduct be one of good intentions was just me ranting on. Who’s gonna read negative energy.
No one, I was my own worst enemy a nightmare for others.

The timing seemed to be right too as I was placed on medication for ADHD and one for something else to balance me out.
Then you said slow down, it was at that moment it clicked.

One of my many many thoughts was because of what I seen going on in the world. I wanted to change the world in one go, my anger inside as the power in me feels it’s time to take all that is His back. Hey I get scared myself at the massive power inside, even now as I write I’m fighting Him back. …….

Ok, His back in the box, He takes a lot a strength out of from me. Such a huge emotional force, His angry tho.

I must stick to the point.

My point is I thought if I had no one that understood but what I did understand could that be use for others.
The Mental Health side of it all not just liveries.
I said to that Doctor it’s hard out there, look at what’s going on, there was number of young and Middle aged men taking a walk by the Tracks, never to return back. In response I got well life is hard and why I work so I can go on 3 Holidays a year.
Bear in mind I said I cant carry on, I’m not well, I can’t survive in the world. (In tears a broken man)

That’s the NHS for you.
If I had no one, then maybe all those out there had no one else that understood.

HOW COULD I HELP THEN.
Well I came back after a long period, had no intentions of acting on my thoughts about helping others in the way it could be seen as I am.
But I doubt I could have then returned with the ideas I had without the first of your rejection and the word slow down.

All that I am today is because of you in a way. You made me think, reflect, slow down.
It was the slow down TG08. My mind was still racing at a high rate.

You allowed me to see that I can focus on what matters most, not wanting to rule the world, That force that constantly wants to take back, even judge based on his rules not man’s. Sounds mad but that’s the feeling and force that can take over.

Or is it just my anger that no one cares anymore for each other. Is this real passion to help others.
I feel I could now after all the pain and hardships. What doest’t kill us makes us stronger.

What you said and did that day made me stronger to be able to have the confidence in believing in this dream.
You trusted me, and I knew I could trust in you. I don’t choose who I do for no reason
It was about me giving you trust in yourself if someone believed in you.

You supported me way before you knew. I returned to support you.

So like the APT it’s wasn’t about the man behind the idea but the ones that made it happen.
Anyone can have an idea, it having those around that believe and can make it happen is more important that the person with the idea.

Just having a little go on the 390 for a bit. It looks great so far. I'll post some pics later. It looks really nice when doing fly by's

 

Well I’d give Jplayz the credit for seeing 390 0113 “Mister Mystey” , “Rudy”.
(I haven’t officially broadcast the names to wider audiences in fear of any conflict with the TM or anything else).

But as you can see I have tried my best to respect any TM or logos by not blatantly splashing big names all over the shop.
I’d like to say it’s been TASTEFULLY done

The updated version. The amount of mistakes I picked up was a clear indication to myself if not others how Ill I was.
On yours missed finishing the Gs off even forgot about the added ITC logo. Even a second decal name to give volume to your name in bright lighting.

And hey it’s a pleasure to do something like this, I won’t say to much as I’ve just kinds of waffled on how I feel
If it brings sunshine and happiness then it’s a Job well done to us all.
We all made our environment a beautiful and better one for all.

That’s all that matters to me.
The spaces we share the world we live in.

For DTG, then on top of what’s already been said then I do hope they take one idea I gave them.

My idea.
How many people here today maybe we could do a vote or something as a kinda of market research.

Okay imagine this.
What I said to DTG Matt was if They did make TSW6 as a full title then it’s saves on costs.
Why well the event is local, UK based.
Many many different charities and charity organisations that depend on support to carry on the work they do.
Historical groups and then the Main TOCs.

Why I approached GBRf and GBRTT to share my idea with all to see if they could pull together and make it happen.
Even Hornby getting involved with DTG as Hornby could venture in to a new business model.
They will have all data for models on file. These files are used for moulds for casting thus making the plastic models.
Why waste all the plastic even out source the work over seas when Hornby could build a UK based team building Ai models of the vast amounts of data they have available as we speak.

It saves time and most of all gives Hornby a life line in the struggling modelling industry and markets.

So based just on a few basic variables a TSW6 title would be the ideal time for all parties I reached out to come together.
Railway 200. Good PR, as I believe certain companies might not wish to work with DTG. I’ve said hey guys can’t you put your differences to one side, stop saving face and do it for fans.
Having the Greatest Gathering as TSW6 could allow DTG and Hornby to provide so many classes of locos the community screams out for.
Deltic. A4s, IC 225, just some of what I’d like to see.
All in one go. Would this help bring more old fans back. Would all this help for DTG work with companies they couldn’t do before.
What that would mean for future DTG products and for the fans and the community to get all excited about.

Because again we know how some of the community here and others on a wider following based media platforms such as YT be negative about DTG business model. I feel the company needs to inject some life back in to the hearts of the community.

Again I can see no better time for this to happen with this years Railway 200 Events.
To me it be like Red Bull never taking the marketing strategy of supporting early X games events.

But hey who am I. All I am told is yes looks nice mate but we have no time for kiddy games and bright ideas.
I don’t say this in a negative fashion or want to say what company as that would be unfair.

No one cars trust me, even on my side of the family.
So yes I’d love to see something for fans but trust me I don’t see it happening I’ve reached out to so many I mean that.
They have more important things to deal with, that been made clear and why I have no time for those that have no time for me.

It’s simple as that really. What I know is what I know and my actions will reflect that.
I explain to my close teams members the basics. Confidently in other emails can never be discussed.
So haven’t.

If we’re speaking basic then how basic can I be to my Team when I say, where on our own.
Yet why allow bad news to spoil what I have and we have.

Like I say if we want something then devote time to making it happen.
Were we spend that time can make a reason for doing something of good or bad.

Hopefully the R200 Team can do something good with the amount of time my Team has devoted.
For us and for everyone involved even those that play TG08s scenarios or sub to one of my liveries.

It’s about joy and enjoying that moment together.

Hey, well yes it does have its benefits, actually I’m so glad DTG has been pretty okay to be fair. I seen it trending something I would never have known unless I was correcting that file on CC. (Once I make work that’s it She’s no longer mine).
I forget because a new baby is born everyday.

You know me tho I made the livery with giving you guys something back that’s all.
My intentions was not that of a publicity stunt.

Again I’d like people to be interested or aware of the people behind the work we do, not necessarily the work.

Cool, it’s what I wish we could do in YT video with some music in the background. Like some pure moods or even trance music, Euphoric trance. I loved Kontor back in the day, Gatecrasher and Ministry of Sound.

Love a good rave club me.
But I do have an eye for direction of a video the sense of speed and excitement of it. Why I love stream trains, pushing the speed records.
Could that be a theme for a YT video. The 390 speed records.

The energy of it all supported by a great music score.

I’d prefer not to, the only reason why as it out of respect for Rudy.

I can’t have a sense of people going behind overs backs if that makes sense.
Yet I am sure you was thinking of contacting Jetwash for advice and guidance before Rudy placed His surprise YTV, so I can’t stop you or anyone taking action based on that.

Yet when it comes to what I do and say on others actions then I’m simply say I’d rather talk to Rudy as that was my original plan.
I have nothing or should expect anything until that conversation with Rudy has taken place. He could then assist you if Rudy decides to join us in some way.

This way I Respect Rudy.
Save any unnecessary stree.
And to save you any to, especially if Rudy looks like He would Join.

Hello everyone,

First. its finally weekend after a full work week

So, for the past couple of evenings I've been trying to get the game to use the liveries on the 390 and the 66,
and although they show up from time to time, its mostly not.

I've been recording at Watford Junction for about an hour, but only one of the 390's used one, the rest had the normal liveries.

As to Jetwash, if you want to contact him, I'd say just do it.
Also, if any one of you wish to ask me something, feel free to do so.

Anyway, I'm going to re download the liveries for the 390 and try again.

Oh, and one last thing..

 

So, after recording for an hour, only I got only 1 that had one of the liveries.
I am therefor going to plan B.

Edit: I've made all the way to South Hempstead (just past the first tunnel from Euston)
Calling it a day though, will continue tomorrow.

And before I release these I have placed DTG logo next to Railway 200 as a What If after a little discussion here and there.
The Aim of these locos are to make us feel more as a Team on a proper project.
As I say something to be proud about and to play with, have fun.

So what I’ve done in case you start giving drivers duties out for scenarios instructions , I have rented the Old Carlisle Upperby Depot or we can try for Blackpool North depot. On your scenarios maybe drivers could report there before heading out to do a service or feed out and feed back to depot. You could even have where you have part time hour duties. So small time scaled less difficult scenarios then Full time duty scenarios for longer more experienced players.

What do you think, if you ask me TG08 I think it would be a nice little touch.
You could even include users of your scenario and that of R200 by seeing how get the best scores.
Then we could think of a little prize, own scenario or livery say.

A bit of fun for once a?. The possibilities are endless if we put our minds to it.

Been rough today I can tell you that, but you know what I say. If something is easy then we’re not trying hard enough.
Yet why make life harder by making work that serves no purpose. Again it’s not what we say here its the end product that matters.

The quality of work to be proud of. So others can enjoy and have fun. Be different, be creative, be fresh, set a new trend.
Be the best at what we do. The work anyone does and how they do it will always show what type of person they are.
To settle and get nothing or to push to seek something. To show pride and determination to be the best you can in what we love.

I love what I do, I can’t stop and want to share my ideas so others can grow, as I say together.
You making scenarios and now look what Rudy is doing, just look at it.

Hence why I asked you do you want me to let the Cat out the bag, you agreed and so Rudy is now free.
He’s part of R200 now, the Cat is out the back. Jplayz and TTB should be happy now, we gonna be on TV lol.

The work Rudy is doing is absolutely stunning that’s why I say look, at it. 4K man.
Perfect for the work we do and for Rudys style.

So yes we’re still moving forward, and I will make a proper announcement tomorrow of Rudys decision to Join our Team.

I think I have spotted them (correct me if I'm wrong).

1. The word 'Team' in the R200 Team logo isn't aligned with 'R200'.

2. The grilles on the side should be painted black instead of being left blank.

(The second one is the one I'm not too confident on, but the first one is a bit easier.)

Not too bad then. In the first photos i hadn’t done a slight twist. Meaning it didn’t feel the vents.
As the vents do have a very transparent layer to add some depth on. You won’t see them well because of the R200 logo.

So you was right to doubt that, then the logo itself your right and but I did check it, might be an oversight tho with being tired again.
I’ll look into that then.

The main two I was hoping you’d spot are these circled in green.
You can see how easy it is to miss something so obviously noticeable so just an example of how not giving 110 percent attention to every last decal can be easily missed because by looking we can completely still miss something obvious.

So 8/10.

A Public Announcement of New Team Member.

As you know I have wanted a YT channel for some time on a personal basis. Mostly to do slow tutorials of the work I do.
Like Bob Ross Painting videos. Slow, calm. Soft. lol
Yet due to who I am and how I get there is no way on earth I could make a YT video myself.

Things are different now this Project has gained more popularity even taking on new members to help me grow my Team for the success of their own threads or work such as YT. Supporting each other.

I took the decision to try encouraging others that may feel like me and most of my Team members from time to time.

Left in a corner, yet they have great skills and talents.
It just takes someone to believe in them like TG08 believed in me.

This isn’t the only reason for my decision to reach out to Rudy. By surprise I found something I find relaxing, watch the world go by, look.
Rudy’s work in itself is what I feel being around trains is all about. Train spotting or simply enjoying the sights and sounds.
No fancy intros or annoying music or even worse irritating nonsense. The superficial Hey thanks for the likes guys yay.
So fake and so cheesy, no class no style. No taste or real respect or understanding of what a YT train videos I feel should be about.

Nothing but the quality and absolute best, this is a reason why I am so glad to now be able to publicly express my joy in welcoming Rudy to the R200 Team.

As a member all I have asked him to do is film what we make, this is a decision based on my personal respect to who Rudy is as a person.
Likes the quieter side of life, I share the same opinion on life too.
Hence Rudy has no instructions from me on what to do etc at this moment. He is completely free yet as being part of the Team can now have a say on what happens, even give the project new direction possible what of other projects in mind after the project is completed.

To what level of involvement in is the hands of Rudy. Again this is so I as an individual am respecting Rudy as an individual person.
So Rudy if you want me or have anything to share then please send me a DM anytime to discuss any matters of interest or concern.

And with that I will simply ask all my R200 Team members and mates to take five minutes and say hello to our new member.
