Steam Raildriver Some Keys Not Working For Us Diesel Locomotives

Hi,

Now I'm making RailDriver remapping mods for US locomotives, but I found some controls such as "Headlight control", "Brake cutout valve" and "MU-2A valve" does not work although I set the key binding properly. For example, I set "$BrakeCutoutValve" and "$MU-2A_Valve" for GP38-2, but they does not work.
Does anyone know how to fix it? I searched at Google, Train Sim Community and this forum but I cannot find the way to fix. I think I have to modify the vehicle definition (RVM thing) but it is hard to do in public editor.
