It was just coming in ready to head back out to Leicester so the driver may have been in the process of switching the lights over.
DTG, here is photos of the cab and train to help you make it. *Nudge, nudge, wink, wink* Also here is a photo of the passenger interior:
No, i just took a photo from the window in the gangway between trains. I'd love to get into the cab though!
NNBS HLE18 is cleared to Aachen Hauptbahnhof basically forming the 21:39 trip Aachen Hauptbahnhof Köln Hbf trip part 1.
I know I've been playing the game too long because all I saw there was a collectable I needed to get lol
Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't that in a movie? I seen that video a few months ago. Surprised all the smoke didn't have the fire alarms go off. The wheel slip was hilarious! Would have seen it but they would only let the residents of those streets go in and out. Would love to see Mallard and Duchess Of Hamilton. That photo doesn't look wonky at all. I remember one time I was trainspotting but took a photo only to see my hand was covering the whole camera.
Some more second generation DMUs would be a welcome addition to TSW. Here are some 158s at Inverness waiting their next duties across the North of Scotland in 2018
I found this video on YouTube. Highlights of a cabride between Redditch and Birmingham New Street in 1990 on a first generation DMU.

We all know that Eurostar and Thalys merged together under the name Eurostar owned by Eurostar Group. For the moment all Thalys trains that are being refurbished under the Ruby program will stay red until the renewal of the fleet but they’re being rebranded as Eurostar. The logo is temporary and during the year the final emblem will be selected. I will personally be always calling Thalys by its original name it’ll be hard to change. Wish the best for the new company to recover fully from the COVID.
Here are some of my pictures, taken around 7pm on a nice September evening, at Oslo Central Station in Norway. I must say, the station (and the city as well) is one of the best I've been too. Some great variation in rolling stock and liveries, and what I really love about the station especially is the impressive buildings in the background:
Some of my pics from Munich Ost station on a cloudy May day. The bottom pic of the BR 423 was at Munich Harras Station:
