Those Amfleet coaches for their age are looking great. From the coloring scheme to the design & maintenance. Unlike ours here in Greece, looking like crap with all the graffiti smeared in coaches and no massive maintenance.
Correct here It Was a problem in the subway system but not the commuter rail/Amtrak system in the 1970s-1980s.

Train in platform 1 at Hull last night, first time in over 40 years (around that long anyway) notwithstanding those who were on it when it arrived, I (along with one other) am the first to have boarded a train from platform 1 (ignore the cleaning trolleys I couldn't be asked moving).
Is Hull still anti-photo? I've encountered many enthusiasts who have been yelled at at Hull for trying to take photos

Going outside on a very miserable day, just so I can capture this was totally worth it. An engineering train, top & tailed by two Freightliner Class 66/5's (66512 & 66520) passing by on it's way back to Eastleigh, coming from the engineering works taking place a little further down the line. Local to me here in the Scottish Borders is the Whitrope Heritage Centre located on the old Waverley line just at the Whitrope tunnel and just up from Riccarton junction all run by volunteers. Paid them a visit today

I believe that would be 45015 which is riddled with asbestos and the latest I heard it were being scrapped.
With all of the speculation of a 120 with an ic dvt I thought I would share my photo of a 120 at Munich having pushed through a dvt. Moves for the evening were: 103 245 Munich-Augsburg 120 155 Augsburg-Munich 218 401 Munich-Lindau. None of those moves would be possible now which is sad to think.
Some of my pictures from my visit to Leeds, 28th March 2024. I managed to cab a train while I was there, and got a lot of waves and tones off the drivers! It was a great day!
Oh, my bad. I'm not going against you, but how? The driver isn't in view nor are the times stated and neither is the working so how would anybody know who the driver was? (I'll go ahead and change the pictures now though.)
Very nice mate, I had 91 111 a couple of weeks ago. I would be careful posting pictures of cab on here though, especially with the date as they have been very hot on people being let in the cabs and it is not the most pleasant conversation to have if they find out we've let someone in. Edit: sorry I see 25262 has got in before me with the last part!
In the modern world they are very strict with drivers letting the public near a cab and trust me they will look who was meant too work the train and they will not be happy. But good for you getting a look inside a 91
