Xbox Red Flag Issue On London Commuter

On london commuter, I was doing a class 387 service from brighton to london victoria. I saved the game in the long tunnel in the avoiding line and went back to main menu to do other things, and when I resumed the save game everything went well until just after selhurst when there was a red light. I checked the map and there was another train parked at the red light ahead and in front of that train it was completely clear. This needs to be fixed!
Also inside the train at the red light, well.....

 

Save game is broken. You probably wouldn't have this issue if you did the run in one go
